Jack Westfall, the NAPCRG member leading the backpack effort, is willing to accept $ donations for the organizations we are collecting backpacks for.
In your backpack please put general school supplies. There is no required list of contents, but pencils, crayons, notebooks and the usual items would be appreciated.

Pack your backpack to bring to Montreal!
NAPCRG is proud to give back to the host community of our meeting.
This year, two organizations will be the recipients of the backpacks that NAPCRG'ers bring to Montreal:
1) La Maison bLeue -- a Non for Profit Organisation staffed by family physicians who do Obstetrics in a multidisicplionary team. They serve socioeconomically vulnerable families.
2) Centre de services préventifs à l'enfance -- The CSPE (Centre de services préventifs à l'enfance à Côte-des-Neiges) is a social pediatric center which works in partnership with seven local elementary schools.

Kerner of CLASP in Montreal
Are you familiar with Jon Kerner of CLASP?
He will be leading NAPCRG's first thought leader session on Tuesday morning in Montreal.
Click here to read President Allen Dietrich's article on how CLASP is an excellent example of collaboration in research in Canada.

Dessert Party!
Attendees always love NAPCRG's evening event.
The party will be at the Windsor Ballroom, just a couple blocks from the hotel. The Windsor has two ballrooms. In one ballroom will be a dessert party with a jazz trio, beginning at 8:00pm. At 9:30, we'll "get this party started" in the ballroom across the hall with a DJ and party music.
The desserts sound so yummy. Don't miss this SWEET event!
