It takes a village to put on the annual meeting!

Meet our team of experts that make the annual meeting run smoothly.

Dianna Azbill
Dianna is in the details! She’s our registrar extraordinaire and assists Priscilla Noland in putting together almost 800 badges, envelopes and programs for all attendees.

Angela Broderick
Fearless leader and Executive Director Angela can be seen facilitating Board activities around discussion of key issues, acting as the conference manager at the meeting among many, many other things. While not working on the annual meeting, Angela represents NAPCRG at primary care meetings and oversees NAPCRG’s budget.

Jill Haught
"Jill of all trades" as we like to call her can be found behind the registration desk, in committee meetings and working with hotel staff. She provides administrative support to Board, masterminds the "Napcrg University" including planning all the promotions, designs meeting postcards and signs. She also has the yummy job of creating the wine tasting "Menu."

Joan Hedgecock
Joan has worked with the committee chairs of Membership, Communications and CASFM to arrange their committee meetings while in Banff, coordinate activities and develop their reports for the Board. Joan is now writing grants for NAPCRG and managing grant projects.

Laura Nichols
As the newest member of the NAPCRG team, Laura will spend her time helping to manage and facilitate the committees and special projects. Laura spends 75% of her day job as a Senior Research Assistant for the National Research Network at the AAFP. Be kind to Laura, as this is her first NAPCRG adventure!

Priscilla Noland
Priscilla has all of the answers! She answers each and every email and phone call from our 750+ attendees, explains how to get a shuttle, how to ship a poster, what to pack for Banff, etc., etc., etc. She helps with hotel arrangements, meeting planning and staffs the Program committee. She also organizes the submission and review system and recruits volunteers to review and moderate sessions.

Larry Peery
Larry spends his time on all things technology. He is responsible for the setup and management of online call for papers, the online conference registration and all on site audio visual needs for the meeting.

Kristin Robinson
Kristin is the communications guru and provides content and copy for the annual meeting section of the NAPCRG web site, manages the production of and writes content for the NAPCRG newsletter (which include coverage of the annual meeting), and does public relations outreach to the media to promote the meeting and the research being presented.
